Work out with us! Located on the second floor of the Chesapeake Student Center, the fitness area includes an array of exercise equipment, and fitness classes. The area is designed to help improve the cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall health of TCC students.
Whether you’re a beginner, casual user, or serious athlete you will enjoy the Fitness Center which has been designed with state-of-the-art equipment by Concept II, Octane Fitness, Hoist, True, Troy, and VTX. Trained and courteous staff will be on hand to assist patrons in using the facility.
An orientation is strongly encouraged for all participants new to the facility. An orientation schedule will be available at the fitness center check-in desk. Orientations can also be scheduled directly with the Coordinator of Fitness and Wellness Services or requests can be made here, Request Orientation.
All participants are expected to adhere to the posted rules and expectations of the fitness room and respect the CSC staff in the enforcement of such rules and expectations.
Fall 2016 hours for the Fitness Center:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00-7:00pm, Friday: 7:00-5:00pm
